Private Kitchen
A downloadable game for Windows
Embark on a nightmarish journey where death is no escape.
For a long time, a dark secret has been caged by three questions nobody can answer.
Yet.
Explore a forgotten reality and discover its rules.
Take a chance and face the horrors that await you.
This is Private Kitchen.
And you're on the menu...
This game is a single player, first-person, and retro-inspired psychological horror adventure, featuring multiple chapters, alternative endings, original music, surreal setting, disturbing imagery, and environmental storytelling.
Also, a great care was taken in crafting a densely layered and poignant narrative.
In fact, all that you'll see, hear, touch, and read has a meaning and a defined role in the story.
Specific items and other elements such as sounds, symbols, patterns, and words have all a reason to be there and belong to various recurring themes.
The screenshots on this page have been selected to not include any crucial plot points or spoilers of any sort, and represent only a small part of the game's playable areas.
Experiencing Private Kitchen firsthand (without any previous knowledge about it) is strongly recommended.

It took me a while to get to but I was finally able to record! I have to admit, i got stuck and have no idea how to get out of where I was, but the game was interesting. I think it was pretty fun so far and I'd love to see what else you can come up with. Though I will admit, the single circular view was a bit annoying and i'd like to be able to play in windowed mode.
Thanks! ๐
Well, the circular view gets explained in the real (secret) ending, and it's an important part of the plot.
But obviously, you have won't know it (yet) until you reach that part. ๐
About the place where you're stuck: press "I" (ie. where are "you" on the keyboard) while standing in the corner with the readable "I think I got it".
damn, i'm dumb.... XD
welcome, one and all, to the private kitchen. Be sure to eat your fill, because who knows where the next meal will be coming from?
Another fantastic experience (calling andrea's creations mere "games" would do them a disservice) that leaves you with many questions, despite having the game's main questions answered for you quite specifically at the end. mind you, i didn't receive the true end... so can anybody else manage it?
the whole thing is a creepy, crawling, paranoia-inducing trip, where you turn every corner wondering just when your time will be up. will it ever be up? or is it all constantly downhill from here?
OK, i'm done asking rhetorical questions. all i'm going to say now is that if anyone wants to dig deep into their own psyche whilst wandering around a weird hellscape, then this game is the way to go.
tread carefully, the private kitchen isn't the safest of places.
Thank you for the video! ๐
I'm glad you enjoyed it!
The riddle isn't the easiest thing to solve, but it gets clearer once you go back to the 6th chapter and start looking around you... ๐
so i gave this game a try and now its my favorite phychological type horror game, the atmosphere is absolutely amazing and the experience was pretty good! i had a lot of fun playing! 10/10 would play this again
Thank you! ๐
I'm glad you liked it. ๐
If you're up for some more, don't forget to check my library for other similar titles like Black Tree Project, Lyssophobia, or Sleepthrough.
Enjoy! ๐
This was a surreak experience but I would recommend to anyone who wants to play it to play it before watching any videos first
Indeed! And thank you! ๐
This might be a fun game to try sometime. With that typed, I could possibly make a YouTube video on this game sometime. First comment by the way! ๐ฅณ๐
